General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope:

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays in the holiday apartments "Mühlpark".

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract:

A booking can be made via the website or the booking system. A binding contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking.

3. Prices and Payment:

All prices are quoted in Euro.

Payment is made depending on the type of booking: by bank transfer, via the booking system, or on-site if offered.

4. Arrival and Departure:

• Check in: 3pm
• Check out: 11am

5. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing.

The following conditions apply:

• up to 14 days before arrival free of charge,
• up to 7 days before arrival 50 percent of the total price,
• thereafter 100 percent of the total price.

6. Use of the Accommodation:

The accommodation may only be used by the agreed number of persons. The guest is obliged to treat the accommodation with care.

7. Liability:

The landlord is not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings or damages caused by improper use.

8. Data Protection:

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy on the website.

9. Final Provisions:

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
