"Perfect stay in Vienna"

The location is ideal – you can reach the city center very quickly, and the public transport connections are excellent. The apartment was very clean and furnished with great attention to detail.   • When can I check in and check out?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

    If you require different arrival or departure times, please let us know. Individual arrangements should be agreed upon prior to arrival.

  • Can I use the garden during my stay?

    Yes, of course! You are welcome to use the garden – perfect for some relaxation and to unwind at the end of the day.


  • Are dogs allowed?

    Yes, dogs are warmly welcome! Please let us know when making your reservation.


  • Are there parking facilities?

    Yes, there is plenty of parking directly on Simmeringer Hauptstraße – some areas are short-term parking zones, which are clearly marked. If you prefer to leave your car and use Vienna’s public transport, you can park it at the Park & Ride garage in Erdberg. Please note that parking there is subject to a fee.


  • How far is the city center from the apartments?

    Right in front of the building, there is a tram stop for line 71, and in about a 5-minute walk, you can reach the U3 Zippererstraße subway station. Using either of these, you can reach the city center in just 15 minutes. On weekdays, public transport runs until shortly after midnight. On weekends (Friday and Saturday), the subway runs all night.
