Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 71 und in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die U-Bahnstation U3 Zippererstraße. Mit beiden Verkehrsmitteln kann man in nur 15 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt fahren. Unter der Woche fahren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bis kurz nach Mitternacht. Am Wochenende (Freitag und Samstag) fährt die U-Bahn sogar die ganze Nacht durch. Direkt an der Simmeringer Hauptstraße gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze - einige Bereiche sind Kurzparkzone. Diese sind natürlich als solche ausgewiesen.
